We make Paella and fresh tapas from natural, authentic Spanish and local ingredients to create mouth-watering Mediterranean flavours that will keep you coming back for more. Our Paella and tapas dishes are made using the same family recipes that led Xavier to the final of the 63th International Paella Contest in Sueca, Valencia, the most prestigious Paella contest in the world. |
